基于证素原理的中医疗效动态评价体系的构建

Construction of dynamic evaluation system of TCM curative effect based on syndrome element principle

中医证的演变、动态变化,证的兼杂问题,增加中医疗效评价的困难,成为中医临床及科研的难点所在。如何建立行之有效,能反应中医诊疗特色的评价体系,是中药界亟待解决的问题。基于对疗效评价的历史渊源、现状、证素辨证原理及其中医诊疗的特点,即天人合一、整体观点、辨证论治等的认识。强调基于证素原理的中医疗效动态评价体系,是最能体现中医特点,反应中医证的时空优势、证的轻重等问题。

The evolution and dynamic changes of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome and the miscellaneous problems of syndrome increased the difficulty of TCM curative effect evaluation, and became the difficulty of TCM clinical and scientific research. How to establish an effective evaluation system that can reflect the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment was an urgent problem for the Chinese medicine community. Based on the historical origin, status quo, the principle of syndrome differentiation and the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of TCM, it is the understanding of the harmony of man with nature, the holism and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. It was emphasized that the dynamic evaluation system of TCM curative effect based on syndrome elements was the best way to embody the characteristics of TCM, and to respond to the advantages of TCM syndromes in space-time and the degree of syndromes.
