傣医“风致百病”之风病理论探讨

Discussion on the wind disease theory of ‘wind caused hundreds of diseases' of Dai medicine

傣医学认为风塔与疾病的发生密切相关,在临床上形成了"风致百病"、"以风辨病、以风论治"的特色诊疗方法。本文探讨了风的含义和致病特点,傣医认为风可以分为外界之风和体内之风,而风性主动、风致百病、风多夹杂其他病邪、风易致多塔病变、风病因季节环境不同为其特性和致病特点。通过比较发现,中、傣医虽有"风致百病"相似的观点,但是具体内涵有很大的不同。

Dai medicine believes that wind tower is closely related to the occurrence of diseases, which formed the characteristic diagnosis and treatment methods of ‘wind caused hundreds of diseases＇ and ‘differentiation of diseases from the theory of wind, diagnosis and treatment of diseases from the theory of wind＇. This paper discussed the meaning and pathogenic characteristics of the wind. Dai medicine believed that the wind can be divided into the exogenous wind and the endogenous wind, moreover the wind has these characteristics and pathogenic characteristics, such as characteristic of wind being mobile, wind causing hundreds of diseases, wind usually mixed with other pathogenic factors, wind easily leading to multi-tower lesions, and the performance of wind diseases varying from season. Through the comparison, it is found that although traditional Chinese medicine and Dai medicine have a similar view of ‘wind caused hundreds of diseases＇, but the specific connotation is very different.
