张声生从“寒热”“气血”论治溃疡性结肠炎

Clinical experience of ZHANG Sheng-sheng in treating ulcerative colitis with the therapy of ‘cooling and warming’ ‘qi and blood’

张声生教授认为溃疡性结肠炎的基本病机在于寒热错杂、气血凝滞,常常由于脾气亏虚、湿热滞肠、气血凝滞,导致肠络损伤而发病,而"气虚""气滞""血热""血瘀"夹杂其中。提出了从调节"寒热""气血"论治本病的观点,并确定了寒热并用、调气行血的基本治法。临证遣方用药配伍精当、圆机活法,随症加减常常佐以消导、滋阴、温肾等法,并配合灌肠提高疗效。

Professor ZHANG Sheng-sheng considers that ‘intermingled heat and cold＇, ‘qi and blood stagnation＇ are the basic pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. And the spleen-deficiency, dampness stagnation, disorder of qi and blood, intestinal damage is the key procession in the disease. In addition, ‘qi deficiency＇, ‘qi stagnation＇, ‘blood heat＇ and ‘blood stasis＇ is in existence. Therefore, professor ZHANG Sheng-sheng treats ulcerative colitis with the therapy of combination of cooling and warming, regulating qi and blood, which can achieve a good clinical curative effect.
