JIN Zhe's experience in improving the endometrial receptivity

子宫内膜容受性的优劣,决定了胚胎着床的顺利与否。子宫内膜容受性下降,作为辅助生殖技术失败的主要原因,一直困扰着医生与患者。文章通过对金哲教授"水到渠成"思想的探讨,将中医利肾水、祛水湿、纳水谷、行经水与西医改善细胞凋亡、纠正内膜形态、调节雌孕激素、改善内膜血流相融合,为中医药改善子宫内膜容受性,提供了新的思路。

Endometrial receptivity quality determines the success of embryo implantation. As the main reason for the failure of assisted reproductive technology, the decline of endometrial receptivity has been troubling doctors and patients for a long time. This paper discusses the thought of ‘water concepts＇ proposed by professor JIN Zhe, and combines tonifying the kidney, dispelling dampness, invigorating spleen and activating blood circulation, with improving apoptosis, correcting intimal morphology, regulating estrogen and progesterone, and improving endometrial blood flow, which has improved endometrial receptivity and provided a new way of thinking for traditional Chinese medicine.
