集灵膏治咳探析

Discussion on treating cough with Jiling Cream

集灵膏最早见于缪仲淳《先醒斋医学广笔记》,后世多以此方作为延年益寿之方,《治法汇》中首载其能治疗咳嗽,然历代医家用其治咳之文献较少。笔者整理文献,探讨集灵膏之源流,研究其组方及加减、主治特点。梳理集灵膏治疗咳嗽之古今文献,结合自己验案,提出对于集灵膏治疗咳嗽之应用特点,并与麦门冬汤、清燥救肺汤和沙参麦冬汤鉴别。

Jiling Cream is firstly found in Xianxing Zhai Medical Notes written by MIAO Zhong-chun, which is used to promote health and prolong life. It is firstly noted that it can treat cough in Zhifa Hui. However, there is few literatures on doctors of all dynasties using it to treat cough. The relevant literatures were assorted, the origin of Jiling Cream was discussed, and the formula＇s component and its changes and characteristics of indications were studied in this paper. Combing ancient and modern literatures on Jiling Cream treating cough, and combining with the author＇s own clinical experience, the application characteristics of Jiling Cream treating cough were put forward, and how to differentiate it from Maimendong Decoction, Qingzao Jiufei Decoction and Shashen Maidong Decoction were put forward.
