运用虫类药通络达神法治病经验

Treatment experience of dredging collateral and reaching spirit therapy with insect drugs

经络之气是运行于经络系统的极细微物质,是各种刺激、信息的感应、负载和传导者,经络之气即神气。中医络脉包括血络和气络,血络运行营血,气络包括通行卫气的络脉和通行神气的络脉,即卫气之络与神气之络。笔者认为中风后遗症、面神经麻痹、重症肌无力等疾病的一系列症状表现,均是由血络瘀滞,神气失养,和(或)气络(主要是神气之络)郁滞,神气不通所造成,故治疗上述疾病除重视在经脉层面排除各种病理因素外,还需重视运用虫类药通达络脉,以养神达神,其方法或用入血络虫药活血化瘀使血络通畅神气得养,或用虫类药入神气之络搜邪使神气得达,或二者同用,若有需要皆可辅以入卫气之络虫药宣风泄热。笔者运用此方法治疗中风后遗症、面神经麻痹、重症肌无力等疾病效果显著。

Meridian qi was a very small matter that ran in the meridian system, it was the one who inducted, loaded and transmitted all sorts of stimulation and information. It was also called spirit qi. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） collaterals included blood collaterals and qi collaterals. Blood collaterals transmitted nutrient-blood. Qi collaterals transmitted defensive qi and spirit qi. It was believed that a series of symptoms of diseases such as stroke sequelae, facial paralysis, myasthenia gravis and other diseases were caused by blood collaterals stasis, the loss of nourishment spirit qi, and（or） qi collaterals（mainly spirit qi collaterals） stasis. The treatment should be paid attention to eliminate various pathological factors in the meridians levels. On the other hand, it was necessary to use insect drugs, which could dredge collateral and reach spirit or promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis or search and eliminate pathogenic factor and reach spirit. It was suggested to use one or all methods above. If necessary, these insect drugs which entered defensive qi could be supplemented to ventilate wind and purge heat. This method was effective in treating stroke sequela, facial paralysis, myasthenia gravis and other diseases.
