从伏邪学说论治回纹型风湿病

Treatment of palindromic rheumatism based on the theory of hidden pathogen

回纹型风湿病在临床上属于疑难病,现代医学认为本病发病与遗传、感染、环境等因素有关,本病发病因素属于伏邪范畴,其反复发作、缠绵难愈的发病特点与伏邪致病特点相似,文章从伏邪学说的角度探讨回纹型风湿病与遗传、感染、环境之间的关系,以期指导临床治疗。认为本病是在内有伏邪的基础上,机体阴阳失调,正邪失衡,新邪引动伏邪发病。治疗上主张急性期以"祛邪"为要,缓解期以"扶正透邪"为主。

Palindromic rheumatism belongs to a difficult disease, modern medicine thinks the disease is related to heredity, infection and environmental factors. Pathogenic factors of the palindromic rheumatism belong to the theory of hidden. The characteristics of recurrent, lingering and difficult to heal are similar to the pathogenesis of hidden pathogen. Therefore, this paper aimed to explore relationship between heredity, environment and infection with palindromic rheumatism, so that to guide the clinical treatment. When the body is out of balance of yin and yang or vital qi and pathogen, palindromic rheumatism is easy to happen because new pathogen trigger hidden pathogen. Eliminating pathogen is the core of treatment in the acute stage of palindromic rheumatism and strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogens is the core of treatment in the remitting stage of palindromic rheumatism.
