类风湿关节炎的中医证候分型研究进展

Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome classification of rheumatoid arthritis

类风湿关节炎(RA)属于中医"痹症"范畴,证候研究是中医理论中的精华部分。本文探讨了RA传统辨证分型、分期辨证、地域差异及客观化研究,提示RA证型可能与实验室检查、X线表现、免疫学指标以及超声检查等存在某些关联性,弥补了中医客观辨证的不足,为RA中医辨证的客观化研究提供一定的参考依据。建立统一规范的RA中医辨证分型标准,有助于中医证候学理论与现代科学技术的相互为用,利于从宏观与微观角度把握证候的本质,进一步指导临床的辨证施治。

Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） lies in the scope of ‘arthromyodynia＇ in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） where syndrome study is the essence in TCM theories. The present paper discussed the conventional differentiation, phase differentiation, regional differences of RA syndromes and syndrome objectification study, suggesting that RA syndromes may have connections with lab tests, X-ray presentation, immunological indicators and ultrasound exam, filling the gap of objective syndrome differentiation, and providing reference for the objectification study of RA in TCM. The establishment of unified and normal standards for RA differential syndromes in TCM is very helpful to the complementation of each other between TCM syndrome theories and modern science and technology, and helpful for the grasping of the syndrome nature from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives, so as to guide the clinical differentiation and treatment of RA syndromes.
