中药复方体系抗非小细胞肺癌有效单体化合物来源研究进展

Research progress on origins of effective monomer of anti-NSCLC of the Chinese medicine compound system

复方疗效的本质是复方体系中各种天然药物的单体化合物共同协调发挥治疗作用的综合结果。通过查阅国内外相关文献,以抗肺癌文献为主,对中药复方的体系组成、抗肿瘤有效成分、有效单体化合物的植物来源,以及有效单体的生物学活性、对肿瘤细胞作用的分子机制等方面进行了综述。对有效开发利用传统中医药资源,为传统中医药与现代科学技术在系统分子生物学范畴的有机结合提供参考。

The essence of compound is acomprehensive outcome, which is the combination of monomeric compounds of various natural drugs in the compound system working together to coordinate the therapeutic effects. By referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad, mainly the literatures on anti-lung cancer, these aspects below were summarized, such as the system compositions of Chinese medicine compounds, effcevtive ingredients of antitumor, plant origins of effective mono compounds, biological activity of effective monomers, and their molecular mechanism of action on tumor cells. It provides reference for exploitating and utilizing traditional TCM source, and provides reference for organic combination of traditional TCM and modern science and technology in the field of systematic molecular biology.
