摘要
目的:观察乌梅丸联合驻车丸灌肠防治宫颈癌放疗所致急性放射性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者84例,分为治疗组42例(予乌梅丸联合驻车丸保留灌肠),对照组42例(予康复新液保留灌肠)。观察干预前后临床症状、直肠镜黏膜情况及功能状态,统计其临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为90.48%、76.19%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组在临床症状积分及直肠黏膜积分低于对照组,治疗后治疗组KPS评分高于对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:乌梅丸联合驻车丸灌肠能较好地改善盆腔恶性肿瘤患者放射性直肠损伤临床症状,改善直肠黏膜情况明显,提高患者功能状态。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wumei Pills combined with Zhuche Pills in treating of proctitis caused by radiotherapy of cervical cancer prevention of acute radiation proctitis. Methods: A total of 84 patients were included in the standard, then divided into treatment group(42 cases, treated with Wumei Pills combined with Zhuche Pills), and the control group(42 cases, treated with Kangfuxin retention enema). The clinical symptoms, rectal adhesion and functional status were observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.48% and 76.19% respectively, and there was a significant difference(P〈0.05). After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and rectal mucosa in treatment group were lower than that of control group. After treatment, the score of KPS in treatment group was higher than that in control group, there were significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Wumei Pills combined with Zhuche Pills can improve the clinical symptoms of pelvic malignant tumor patients' rectal injury, and ameliorate the rectal mucosa significantly, improve patients' functional status.
