中医证候学研究的技术方法及其运用现状

Technical methods and application status of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome research

证候是中医学的特有名词,在中医理论框架内占有重要地位。提高证候辨识度是中医证候学研究的核心问题,研究者围绕此核心运用多种技术方法从证候外在表现之宏观以及体内物质变化之微观两大方面进行了大量的探索,取得了部分成果。当前应该在现有的数据挖掘方法和现代技术手段基础上进行适当革新、反复验证,逐步制定出适用于中医证候特点的技术方法,进而为中医证候标准的建立奠定基础。

Syndrome is a special term of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）, which occupies an important position in the theoretical framework of TCM. It is a core problem to improve the identification of syndromes in TCM study, around which researchers have done a great deal of exploration from the external manifestations and internal microscopic changes using a variety of techniques and methods, and some achievements have been made. The application of data mining methods and modern technology should make appropriate innovation and verify repeatedly. The technical method which is suitable for the characteristics of TCM syndrome should be gradually established for the establishment of TCM syndrome standard.
