试论康复推拿的内涵特色

Discussion on the connotation features of rehabilitative massage

文章从学术需求、社会发展需求和疾病谱改变需求3个方面,阐释推拿学科与康复学科交叉的背景与意义,由此定义康复推拿,归纳康复推拿的三大特色内涵为:(1)以中西医理论为基石,是中西医结合模式的表现形式;(2)将康复评定、功能判断与推拿手法相结合,朝向精准治疗;(3)着重功能观,以功能为导向,提升功能为目标,并且提出康复推拿学的发展展望。

This paper explains the background and significance of interpretation and intersecting between the discipline of massage and the discipline of rehabilitation from the aspects of academic demand, social development demand and demand of alterant disease spectrum. and then determine the meaning of rehabilitation massage and summarizes the three characteristics of rehabilitation massage, including：（1）based on the theory of Chinese and Western medicine, rehabilitation massage is a manifestation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine;（2） The combination of rehabilitation assessment, functional judgement and massage techniques is aimed at precise treatment;（3）The development prospect of rehabilitation massage is put forward, which is oriented by function and aims at enhancing function.
