摘要
目的:通过建立甘肃红芪HPLC指纹图谱,评价甘肃不同产地红芪药材质量的差异。方法:反向高效液相色谱法,采用Hanbon Sci.&Tech.Phecda C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长为254nm;流速1.0m L/min;进样量10μL;柱温25℃。结果:建立甘肃红芪指纹图谱共有模式,标定了15个共有指纹特征峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求,聚类分析和主成分分析结果基本一致。结论:该方法精密度、重复性和稳定性较好,可为红芪药材的质量控制及产地鉴别提供依据。
Objective： To evaluate the quality differences of Gansu Radix Hedysari from different habitats by establishing high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） fingerprint. Methods： HPLC was performed on Hanbon Sci. Tech. Phecda C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm）, eluting in a gradient mode with the mobile phase of acetonitrile（A）-0.1%H3 PO4 as（B） at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. The column temperature was 25℃. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The injection volume was 10μL. Results： Fifteen common characteristic peaks were identified as fingerprint peaks, the methodological study was consistent with the technical requirements. The clustering analysis and principal component analysis results were basically identical. Conclusion： The established method is stable, reliable and highly accurate, and can provide reference for quality control of Radix Hedysari.
