甘肃不同产地红芪的HPLC指纹图谱及化学模式识别 被引量:13

HPLC fingerprint spectrum and chemical pattern recognition of Radix Hedysari from different habitats of Gansu

摘要 目的:通过建立甘肃红芪HPLC指纹图谱,评价甘肃不同产地红芪药材质量的差异。方法:反向高效液相色谱法,采用Hanbon Sci.&Tech.Phecda C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长为254nm;流速1.0m L/min;进样量10μL;柱温25℃。结果:建立甘肃红芪指纹图谱共有模式,标定了15个共有指纹特征峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求,聚类分析和主成分分析结果基本一致。结论:该方法精密度、重复性和稳定性较好,可为红芪药材的质量控制及产地鉴别提供依据。 Objective: To evaluate the quality differences of Gansu Radix Hedysari from different habitats by establishing high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) fingerprint. Methods: HPLC was performed on Hanbon Sci. Tech. Phecda C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm), eluting in a gradient mode with the mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1%H3 PO4 as(B) at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. The column temperature was 25℃. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The injection volume was 10μL. Results: Fifteen common characteristic peaks were identified as fingerprint peaks, the methodological study was consistent with the technical requirements. The clustering analysis and principal component analysis results were basically identical. Conclusion: The established method is stable, reliable and highly accurate, and can provide reference for quality control of Radix Hedysari.
