基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类研究国医大师王绵之治疗月经病用药规律 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨王绵之教授治疗月经病的处方用药规律。方法:收集王绵之教授治疗月经病的处方87首,基于中医传承辅助系统软件,采用关联规则算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,分析王绵之教授治疗月经病的用药经验。结果:对筛选出的87个处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次和药物之间的关联规则,并挖掘出10个核心组合和5首新处方。结论:王绵之教授治疗月经病重视肝脾肾,多运用健脾益肾、疏肝理气、活血化瘀的药物来进行治疗。 Objective: To analyze the composing experience of professor Wang Mianzhi on emmeniopathy by using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support system. Methods: The prescription of professor WANG Mian-zhi for the treatment of emmeniopathy were collected, and the frequency of use of various drugs in the prescription and the association rules between the drugs were determined by using association rules algorithm, entropy clustering of complex system and other unsupervised data mining methods, which was based on the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system. And the experience of the medicine for the treatment of emmeniopathy by professor WANG Mian-zhi was analyzed. Results: Based on the analysis of 87 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed, 10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: Professor WANG Mian-zhi pays attention to liver, spleen and kidney in the treatment of emmeniopathy, and the teated drugs with effects of invigorating spleen and kidney, soothing the liver and regulating qi, and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.
