摘要
目的:全面了解全国乡村、社区、家庭中医药科普知识普及情况,为制订中医药科普有关政策、策略和措施提供科学依据。方法:采用分层多阶段与人口规模成比例抽样(PPS抽样)方法,对全国31个省(区、市)248个监测点15~69岁常住人口进行调查,采用标准化调查问卷对调查对象接触、认知、信任和使用中医药科普知识的情况进行调查。结果:2014年全国中医药科普情况监测共调查全国15~69岁常住人口20 213人,收回有效问卷19 117人,有效率为94.58%。其中,城市人口占49.88%,农村人口占50.12%;男性占51.30%,女性占48.70%。2014年全国中医药科普普及率的点估计值为84.02%(95%CI:83.50~84.54),中医药科普阅读率的点估计值为78.87%(95%CI:78.29~79.45),中医药科普信任率的点估计值为62.86%(95%CI:62.17~63.54),中医药科普行动率的点估计值为45.93%(95%CI:45.22~46.64)。结论:加强重点地区中医药科普工作;关注重点人群获取中医药知识能力;努力促进"广泛覆盖"到"有效行动"的转化;利用自媒体平台,充分发挥意见领袖作用。
Objective: To fully understand the condition of science popularization of TCM in rural areas, communities and families, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of relevant policies, strategies and measures for the science popularization of TCM. Methods: The resident population aged 15 to 69 in 248 monitoring stations in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities was investigated, by using method of stratified multi-stage sampling and population scale proportional sampling(PPS sampling). Standardized questionnaires were used to investigate the contact, cognition, trust and use of TCM popular knowledge. Results: In 2014, a total of 20 123 permanent residents aged 15 to 69 in China were surveyed by the national science popularization monitoring of TCM, and 19 117 valid quetionnaires were collected, with an effective rate of 94.58%. Among them, the urban population accounted for 49.88%, and the rural population accounted for 50.12%. Male accounted for 51.30%, and female accounted for 48.70%. In 2014, the national science popularization rate of TCM was eatimated at 84.02%(95%CI: 83.50-84.54). The point estimate of reading rate of science popularization of TCM was 78.87%(95%CI: 78.29-79.45). The point estimate of trust rate of science popularization was 62.86%(95%CI: 62.17-63.54). The point estimate of action rate of science popularization was 45.93%(95%CI: 45.22-46.64). Conclusion: Science popularization of TCM in key areas should be strengthen. key groups' ability to acquire knowledge of TCM should be paid attentioned to. The transition from extensive coverage to effective action should be done. Media platform should be used to play the role of opinion leadership.
