柴胡疏肝汤辅助治疗癫痫伴发抑郁的临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of Chaihu Shugan Decoction in adjuvant treatment of simple partial seizure combine depression

目的:探讨柴胡疏肝汤辅助治疗部分发作性癫痫伴发抑郁的临床疗效。方法:以48例部分性发作成年癫痫伴发抑郁患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,各24例,对照组单用拉莫三嗪治疗,观察组选用柴胡疏肝汤辅助治疗,于治疗前后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项评分、癫痫患者生活质量评定量表(QOLIE-31)及癫痫发作情况,评估治疗12周后两组的临床疗效。结果:经治疗后,观察组HAMD评分的降低及QOLIE-31评分的升高均较对照组明显(P<0.05),且观察组癫痫控制的愈显率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝汤添加治疗部分发作性癫痫伴发抑郁具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of Chaihu Shugan Decoction on adjuvant treatment of simple partial seizure combine depression. Methods： A total of 48 grown patients with partial seizure combine depression were collected as research subjects, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 24 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Lamotrigine, while the observation group were added with Chaihu Shugan Decoction. HAMD 17 item scores, QOLIE-31 item scores and the frequency of seizures were used as evaluation methods before and after treatment respectively. Clinical curative effect of two groups after 12 weeks were documented. Results： After treatment, the observation group of HAMD scores were lower and QOLIE-31 scores were higher than the control group significantly（P〈0.05）, and observation group showed better improvement rate then the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using Chaihu Shugan Decoction in adjuvant treatment shows good clinical curative effect.
