一起职业性有机锡中毒事件的调查分析

Analysis on the investigation of one occupational organotin poisoning incident

目的:报告一起职业性有机锡中毒事件,探索职业性防范措施,总结经验教训,防止类似事件的发生。方法:采用现场危害因素检测、工作现场及生产工艺调查的方法,结合中毒工人的职业史、临床表现和检验室结果,综合分析工人中毒的原因。结果:生产过程中添加含三甲基氯化锡的稳定剂,工人未做有效个人防护措施导致事故的发生。结论:生产过程应使用不含锡的稳定剂,工人应做好有效的个人防护措施,工厂要重视职业病防护工作,改良生产工艺,改善工作条件,保护工人的健康。

Objective： We report a case of organotin poisoning to learn from the past and find measures for prevention. Methods： By detecting the hazard factors on the scene,investigating the environment of job site and manufacturing technique,we analyze the reasons of poisoning under patients＇ occupational history,clinical feature and laboratory result. Results： The poisoning case was due to the workers adding TMT in the process of production as stabilize and taking invalid protection. Conclusion： Don＇t add any stabilize containing organotion. The employees should take protection in the process of production. The employer should pay attention on occupational protection,improve the manufacturing technique and the environment to protect the worker＇s health.
