摘要
肿瘤代谢异常是肿瘤的重要特征之一,肿瘤细胞脂质代谢的变化可以影响肿瘤细胞生长、增殖、分化等多个环节。正常细胞的脂肪酸从头合成均受到抑制,但肿瘤细胞脂肪酸从头合成增强。脂质代谢异常和肿瘤的发生发展呈现彼此促进,互为因果的关系。了解肿瘤的特殊代谢途径将为肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。肿瘤的治疗过程中也可以出现继发性的血脂代谢异常,大多表现在血脂的急剧升高,然而这些副反应并没有引起人们足够的重视。关注化疗或内分泌治疗所导致的继发性血脂代谢异常是肿瘤全程健康管理中重要的一环。
Tumor metabolic abnormality is one of the most important characteristics of tumor. The change of lipid metabolism can affect the growth, proliferation and differentiation of tumor cells. The de novo synthesis of fatty acids was inhibitedin normal cells while was enhanced in tumor cells. The dyslipidemia and the occurrence or development of tumors are mutually reinforcing. Understanding the specific metabolic pathways of cancer cells will provide new ideas for the treatment of tumors. Secondary dyslipidemia can also occur during the treatment of tumor, most of which are manifested in a sharp rise in blood lipids. However, these side effects have not attracted enough attention. Focusing on the secondary dyslipidemia caused by chemotherapy or endocrine therapy is an important part of the whole-process of cancer health management.
