摘要
谷氨酰胺(Gln)代谢在肿瘤生长过程中具有极其重要的作用,线粒体中的谷氨酰胺酶(GA)是其代谢过程中的关键酶,已成为近年的研究热点。GA有两种亚型,分别是肾型谷氨酰胺酶(GLS1)和肝型谷氨酰胺酶(GLS2)。GLS1在多个系统的恶性肿瘤中高表达,被认为可能是一种致癌基冈。GLS2的生物学功能与其截然相反,也逐渐引起许多学者的关注。本文就GA在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
Glutamine (Gln) metabolism has been found to play an important role in tumor growth, and glutaminase (GA) in mitochondria has been a hotspot in recent years as a key enzyme in the process of metabolism. It exists as two isoforms, originally identified as the kidney - typeglutaminase ( GLS1 ) and liver - type glutaminase (GLS2) , respectively. GLSI is considered to be a potential oncogene, which high expression in varieties of tumor cells. The biological function of GLS2 is difference with GLS1, which gradually attracted the attention of many scholars. This article foeuse on the research progress of glutaminase in tumor.
