关于乡村绿化有关情况的调研报告

Research Report on the Situation of Rural Greening

文章介绍了乡村绿化成功的做法和经验,认真分析了存在的问题,认为乡村绿化应根据不同类型的乡村同步推进,要与发展林业特色产业、促进农民增收致富相结合,大力弘扬乡村生态文化,因地制宜科学编制规划,加大专项扶持政策和资金投入力度。提出有针对性的建议,包括启动实施乡村绿化工程,依托工程推动乡村绿化;创建国家绿色生态村,以创建为抓手引领乡村绿化;加强顶层设计,稳步推进乡村绿化;出台扶持政策,拓宽乡村绿化资金来源渠道;加大宣传力度,调动全社会参与乡村绿化的积极性等。

This paper introduced the successful practice and experience of rural greening, analyzed the existing problems, and thought that rural greening should be promoted synchronously according to different types of ru- ral areas, combining with the development of forestry characteristic industries and farmers＂ increasing income and getting rich, vigorously carrying out the rural ecological culture, making scientific planning for local condi- tions, and increasing special projects, support policy and capital investment. It also put forward pertinent sugges- tions, including the start and implementation of rural greening projects, relying on the project to promote rural greening, the creation of a national green ecological village, in order to create a hand to lead the rural greening, to strengthen the top level design, steadily promote the rural greening, the introduction of support policies, to broaden the source of rural green sources of funds, and increase publicity efforts to mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole society to participate in rural greening.
