Construction of Chinese peripheral nerve society and progress in repair and reconstruction of peripheral nerve injury

摘要 中国康复医学会修复重建外科专业委员会周围神经学组成立于1995年,在老一辈专家带领下,周围神经损伤修复、再生、重建取得了重大研究进展。1986年顾玉东教授首创了健侧C_7神经移位术治疗臂丛根性撕脱伤,目前该术式临床应用已三十余年,安全、有效,近十年来也获得了改良、发展。除此以外,健侧C_7移位治疗上肢痉挛瘫、健侧C_7椎体前移位修复全臂丛根性撕脱伤、脊髓损伤后膀胱功能重建、去细胞同种异体神经修复材料的研制与开发、小间隙套接缝合技术、股薄肌功能性移植重建、健侧S_1神经根移位术,均已在临床推广应用,并取得良好疗效。随着周围神经修复材料的生物制造、臂丛损伤后中枢神经系统的重塑规律研究取得进展,神经科学的研究范围也得到进一步拓展。坚持周围神经显微修复、重建技术的普及与提高,努力使周围神经研究成果向临床转化,提高我国周围神经外科的学术水平,仍是周围神经外科医生与学者的艰巨任务。 The peripheral nerve group of the reparative and reconstructive surgery committee(branch of Chinese association of rehabilitation medicine) was established in 1995. Major research progress has been made in the repair,regeneration, and reconstruction of peripheral nerve injury. Professor GU Yudong initiated the contralateral cervical7 root(CC7) transfer for the treatment of total brachial plexus root injury in 1986. Now this method has been applied safely and effectively for 30 years with profound progress and refinement. In addition, the repair and reconstruction of peripheral nerve injury had achieved great development such as the treatment of spastic paralysis of upper limb, CC7 transfer using a modified prespinal route, the reconstruction of bladder function after spinal cord injury, the development of acellular allograft nerve, the small gap suture technique, the functioning free gracilis muscle transplantation, and contralateral S_1 transfer which have been widely used in clinical application with good outcomes. With the progress of the biological manufacturing of peripheral nerve bio-materials and the remodeling of central nervous system after brachial plexus injury, a novel peripheral neuroscience research field was growing up. It is still a challenge for surgeons and scholars in this field to insist on the popularization and improvement of peripheral nerve repair and reconstruction by microsurgical technique, and to make efforts to transform the results of peripheral nerve research into clinical practice.
