数字化3-D打印技术在儿童肱骨远端骨骺损伤中的应用 被引量:2

The Application of Digital 3-D Printing Technology in the Distal Humeral Epiphysis Injury of Children

摘要 目的:探讨数字化3-D打印技术在儿童肱骨远端骨骺损伤中的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析我院自2015年1月-2017年1月收治的儿童肱骨远端骨骺损伤13例,随机分成两组,实验组在诊疗中应用3-D打印技术,对照组采取常规诊疗手段。统计两组手术时间、伤口长度、骨折愈合时间、内固定松动及断裂病例、肘关节功能评分。结果:两组在手术时间、手术伤口长度方面差异有统计学意义。无伤口感染缺血性坏死发生,无内固定松动、断裂发生,无神经血管损伤发生。全部骨骺损伤得到愈合,两组愈合时间及肘关节功能评分无统计学差异。结论:数字化3-D打印技术能够提供逼真的骨骺损伤模型,有利于术前规划及骨骺损伤的诊断和治疗,能够明显缩短手术时间和手术切口长度,对医患之间的沟通具有重要的作用,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 3-D printer technique in the distal humerus epiphysis injury of children. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 13 cases of distal humerus epiphysis injury in children admitted in our hospital between january 2015 and January 2017. They were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with 3-D printing technique,and the control group was treated with conventional methods. The operation time,wound length,fracture healing time,internal fixation loosening and fracture,and elbow joint function score of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the time of operation and the length of the surgical wound. There was no wound infection with ischemic necrosis,no loosening of internal fixation and fracture. No neurovascular injury occurred. All epiphyseal injuries were healed. There was no statistical difference in healing time and elbow function score between the two groups. Conclusions Digital 3-D printing can provide a realistic epiphyseal damage model,which is beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of preoperative planning and epiphyseal injury. It can obviously shorten the operation time and the length of the surgical incision. It has an important role in the communication between doctors and patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
