联盟创新网络嵌入性与企业技术创新绩效研究

Research on Alliance Innovation Network Embeddedness and Enterprise Technological Innovation Performance

本文针对高技术企业联盟创新关系中日益突出的网络嵌入性问题,利用对我国高技术联盟企业的416份有效问卷调查,通过构建一个有调节的中介模型分析了联盟创新网络嵌入性对企业技术创新绩效的影响机制。结果显示:联盟创新网络嵌入正向影响企业技术创新绩效;知识搜索宽度和搜索深度在创新网络嵌入与企业技术创新绩效之间均起到部分中介作用;知识刚性负向调节创新网络嵌入与企业技术创新绩效之间的正向关系,即企业知识刚性越低,联盟创新网络嵌入对企业技术创新绩效的正向影响越显著。该研究结果在理清技术创新网络影响机制,丰富组织知识搜索与技术创新模式的同时,对企业管理决策具有一定的指导意义。

For the increasingly prominent embeddedness problems in the innovation alliance relationship of high-tech enterprises,based on the data from 416 valid questionnaires of high-tech alliance enterprises in China,we set up a moderated mediation model to investigate the relationship between embeddedness in alliance innovation network and technology innovation performance of enterprises. The empirical results indicated that innovation network embedding have significant positive influence on enterprise technology innovation performance; knowledge search width and knowledge search depth offer a partial mediating effect between innovation network embedding and technology innovation performance of enterprises. Furthermore,knowledge rigidity has a negative regulation,namely,the lower the knowledge rigidity is,the more remarkable the positive effect between embeddedness in alliance innovation network and technology innovation performance of enterprises will be. The study clarifies the influence mechanism of technology innovation network,and enriches organize knowledge search and technological innovation model,the findings guide the action of decision of enterprise management.
