胸腔镜辅助小切口与传统开胸手术治疗胸外伤的疗效对比

Comparison of Curative Effects of Thoracoscopic-Assisted Small Incision and Traditional Open Chest Surgery in the Treatment of Thoracic Trauma

对比观察胸腔镜辅助小切口与传统开胸手术对于胸外伤的临床治疗效果。选择2013年2月至2016年2月于我院接受治疗的64例胸外伤患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为小切口组与开胸组,每组患者32例。对两组患者分别采取胸腔镜辅助小切口或传统开胸的手术方式。通过对比两种组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术中输血量及死亡率。小切口组患者的手术时间及住院时间明显短于开胸组患者（p〈0.05）,同时小切口组患者的术中出血量及术中输血量也显著少于开胸组患者（p〈0.05）。最终,死亡率也显著低于开胸组患者（p〈0.05）。胸腔镜辅助小切口用于胸外伤手术治疗,具有手术伤害小、康复时间短、死亡率低等优势,整体治疗效果明显好于传统开胸手术,因此在临床中值得推广及应用。

In order to compare the curative effect of thoracoscope assisted small incision and traditional open heart surgery in the treatment of thoracic trauma, this research selected 64 cases of thoracic trauma patients treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into small incision group and open chest group, with 32 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and traditional thoracotomy respectively. The operation time, length of stay, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion and mortality rate of patients in two groups were compared. The results showed that the operation time and length of stay of small incision group patients were significantly shorter than thoracotomy group patients （p 〈0.05）, at the same time, the intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion of small incision group patients were also significantly less than thoracotomy group patients （p 〈0.05）. Ultimately, the mortality rate of small incision group patients was also significantly lower than thoracotomy group patients （p〈0.05）. Thoracoscope assisted small incision was used for chest trauma surgery, which has advantages of a small surgical injury, short recovery time and low mortality rate, was better than traditional open heart surgery in the overall treatment effect and might be worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
