从《新方八阵·热阵》浅窥张景岳治寒大法

Discussion on Zhang Jingyue's treatment on cold from Xinfang Bazhen·Rezhen( Heat Array in Eight Tactical Arrays of New Formula)

《新方八阵》系明代医家张景岳所创。为探析张景岳的治寒大法,进一步深化对其温补学说的理解,将《新方八阵·热阵》所列方剂分为散风寒、温虚寒、散经络之寒三类,并结合张景岳的学术观点探讨。其用药特点为:治疗外寒,善用厚朴、陈皮等;治疗内寒,善用附子、肉桂等;治疗半表半里之寒,善用干姜、肉桂等。治寒大法为:寒在三阳,温散外寒,或佐以温补;寒在三阴,温中散寒;内伤之寒,脾肾同补;寒在半表半里,温通并行。

Xinfang Bazhen（ Eight Tactical Arrays of New Formula） is created by Zhang Jingyue,a famous physician in Ming Dynasty.To investigate Zhang Jingyue＇s treatment on cold and further deepen the understanding of his theory of warming and tonifying,in this paper,all the formulas listed in Xinfang Bazhen·Rezhen（ Heat Array in Eight Tactical Arrays of New Formula） are divided into three kinds,including expelling wind cold,warming deficient cold and expelling cold of meridians and collaterals,and analyzed combined with Zhang Jingyue＇s academic thoughts.His characteristics of medication are as followed： Houpo（ Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex） and Chenpi（ Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium） are applied for the treatment on exterior cold,Fuzi（ Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix） and Rougui（ Cinnamomi Cortex） are applied for the treatment on interior cold,Ganjiang（ Zingiberis Rhizoma） and Rougui（ Cinnamomi Cortex） are applied for the treatment on semi-exterior-interior cold.The principles of treating cold are warming and expelling exterior cold or combining with tonifying when cold stays in three yang,warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold when cold stays in three yin,co-invigorating spleen and kidney when cold is due to internal injury,combination of warming and dredging when cold is in semi-exterior-interior.
