摘要
通过SEM、动态模量试验、车辙试验等测试手段研究了模量剂分散状态、矿料配比、模量剂类型和掺量对高模量Superpave混合料抗车辙性能的影响,研究结果显示基质沥青中模量剂分散均匀、混合料中粗集料含量较多、模量剂用量较多的PP高模量Superpave混合料能够获得优异的抗车辙性能。采用掺入SBR改性剂复合改性的方法弥补了PP高模量Superpave混合料低温抗裂性能不足的缺陷,制备出了在不降低其他路用性能的情况下具备优越抗车辙性能的高模量Superpave沥青混合料。
The dispersion state of modulus agent,aggregate ratio,modulus agent type and dosage effect on rutting resistance of high modulus Superpave mixture were studied by scanning electron microscopy,dynamic modulus test and rutting test. The research results showed that PP high modulus Superpave mixture with modulus agent dispersible uniformity in matrix asphalt,high content coarse aggregate and more modulus agent could obtain excellent rutting resistance. The composite modified method of blending the high modulus asphalt with SBR modifier compensated for the defects of low-temperature anti-cracking performance of PP high modulus Superpave mixture. The high modulus Superpave mixture which have superior rutting resistance under the condition of not reducing other pavement performance were prepared.
