钢结构变电站配电装置楼钢结构梁柱节点力学性能研究 被引量:7

RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF BEAM-COLUMN CONNECTION JOINTS OF STEEL SWITCH BUILDING IN SUBSTATION DISTRIBUTION TOWER

摘要 变电站配电装置楼多为混凝土结构,而钢结构变电站配电装置楼则应用较少。为了解决钢结构配电装置楼结构设计关键问题,以110 k V变电站多层钢结构工程分析为依托,对配电装置楼节点进行系统研究。运用ANSYS分析软件建立了焊接连接、栓焊连接、装配式连接3种连接形式的精细化节点模型,对其进行全过程模拟分析,得到不同节点连接形式在设计弯矩和破坏弯矩下的受力状态,给出了3种节点的弯矩-转角曲线。对比分析表明:焊接节点和栓焊节点的转动性能相似,焊接节点在承载力和刚度上稍大于栓焊节点,装配式节点在弹性弯矩和初始转动刚度上较小;设计弯矩下,装配式节点转动较大,栓焊节点和焊接节点的转动较小,3种节点受力状态均能保持在弹性范围之内,满足工程需要。 The buildings of distribution equipment in substations mostly are concrete structures,and the steel structure buildings of distribution equipment in substations are less. In order to solve the key problems in structural design of steel structure building,the paper systematically studied the joints of 110 k V substation based on the multi-story steel structure analysis. The precise models of welded connection,bolt welded connection and assembly connection were established by ANSYS software,and the whole process simulation was carried out. The stress states of different joints which were under designed moment and failure moment were obtained,and the moment-rotation curves of the three kinds of joints were given. The results showed that the rotational behaviors of welded joint and the bolt welded joint were similar. The stiffness and bearing capacity of welded joint were slightly better than that of the bolt welded joint,and the elastic moment and initial rotational stiffness of the assembled joint was small. Under the designed moment,the rotation of the assembled joint was the biggest,and the rotations of the welded joint and the bolt welded joint were small,and the stress states of the three joints could be kept within the elastic range to meet the engineering requirements.
