摘要
GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》未对槽钢螺栓连接下螺栓边距值明确规定。为研究不同螺栓边距对槽钢螺栓连接性能的影响,设计了2组试件进行受力试验,并运用ABAQUS建立有限元模型进行分析,最后对试验结果与有限元结果进行了对比。试验得到的破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线和极限承载力与有限元分析结果吻合较好,建立的有限元模型能够准确模拟槽钢螺栓连接的受力性能。通过对18组槽钢螺栓试件的连接性能进行有限元参数分析,对《钢结构设计手册》中的螺栓边距值提出了修正建议。
GB 50017—2003 does not provide specified regulation for bolt edge distances of channel connection. To analyze the effect of bolt edge distance on channel connection performance,2 groups of specimens were designed and tested. The finite element models of ABAQUS were established and the calculation results were compared with the experimental results. The failure mode,load-displacement curves and ultimate bearing capacities of the finite element analysis were in good agreement with those of the experimental results,so the finite element model established could accurately simulate the channel connections. Through analyzing the 18 groups of specimens by finite element,some correction suggestions of bolt edge distance were proposed.
