保定百年工业遗产乾义面粉厂的改造

RECONSTRUCTION OF A CENTURY-OLD INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE QIANYI FLOUR MILL IN BAODING

面对城市与社会更新中的大量工业遗产,应当依据适合的空间改造原则进行合理的再利用,以彰显城市文化特色、体现城市文脉。通过对保定百年工业遗产的调研,选取乾义面粉厂进行改造,在保留老工业建筑原始外立面形态与承重结构体系的同时,将工业遗产与体验型空间结合,对厂房内部空间进行全新的改造,为保定的工业遗产注入新活力。

In the face of a large number of industrial heritage under urban and social renewal the original space should be reused reasonably according to the suitable principles to highlight the cultural characteristics and context of the city. Through the investigation of industrial heritage in Baoding in the past century,Qianyi flour mill was selected to conduct reconstruction project. While preserving the original facade shape and load-bearing structure system of old industrial buildings,we combined with industrial heritage and experiential space,the flour mill interior space was reformed,and infused new vitality into Baoding＇s industrial heritage.
