摘要
以化石燃料为主要来源的能源时代逐渐衰落,曾经以煤为生的矿区面临着一系列采煤遗留的问题：破碎的地景、污染的环境、废弃的设施、失业的职工、收缩的城市。以德国劳齐茨地区为例,通过实地考察,结合文献资料,从总体规划概念、具体改造案例和经验总结三部分介绍劳齐茨地区在后工业时代的再生计划,以期为今后我国的后矿业改造提供更多的可能性。
The energy era lying on fossil fuel is gradually declining. The post-mining area is facing a series of problems caused by coal mining： fragment landscape,polluted environment,abandoned facilities,unemployed workers and shrinking city. Taking Lausitz area in Germany as an example,based on field trip and literature review,the paper introduced the regional regeneration planning of Lausitz in post-industrial era through overall plan concept,specific projects and experience of restoration,provided more possibilities for the post-mining transformation in China in the future.
