成人高校要在日趋激烈的竞争中拓展生存发展空间 ,就必须主动适应社会需要 ,在发展战略上实施灵活性转变 ,发挥自身的办学优势 ,开拓多层次、多形式的办学路子。学校要实现发展战略的调整 ,教师队伍是关键。因此成人高校必须充分认识新形势下教师队伍面临的挑战 ,客观地分析教师队伍建设中 ,不适应发展需要的方面 ,并针对存在的问题 ,制定相应的对策和措施 。

To survive in the competition nowadays,higher education for adults must adapt itself to the demands of the society,adopt flexible developing strtegies, take advantage of the strong points and seek multi-level and various ways of teaching.When making the developing strategy changes, teaches will be the key point.Therefore higher education for adults must realize the challenges in the new situation,analyze those that cannot keep pace with the needs of developing,and take measures according to the existing problems to meet demand of the developing strategy
