摘要 典型工况指标分析是机组运行优化、降耗诊断的基础与起点。对600 MW机组历史数据进行深度挖掘分析,建立指标模型与降耗诊断模型,在各典型工况下,对锅炉热效率、热耗率及热力循环压设计目标红线情况,进行设计对标以及绩效管理指标自检。得出典型工况指标数据可作为设计对标、指标自检、降耗诊断、运行优化调整以及降耗对比的量化依据,绩效指标管理与集控调控能力达到了优秀水准;在此基础上,预测低煤耗运行模式下6.8 g/k Wh的降耗潜力。 Typical condition index analysis is the basis and starting point of unit operation optimization and consumption reduction diagnosis. In this paper the historical data of 600 MW unit was first analyzed,then established an indicator model and the model of consumption reduction. Based on the typical operating conditions,the boiler thermal efficiency index,heat consumption rate and tracking the optimization goal line of thermal cycle are designed,and the performance management indicators are self-checked,which can infer that the typical condition index data can be used as the quantitative basis of the design standard,the index self-check,the consumption reduction diagnosis,the operation optimization adjustment and the consumption reduction contrast,the performance index management and the control ability have reached excellent level. On this basis,the potential space for reducing consumption of 6. 8 g/k Wh under the low coal consumption running mode is predicted.
