京、津、冀地区学生体质状况调查分析及对比研究

Investigation and Comparative Study on the Physical Condition of Students in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

通过分析2014年京、津、冀汉族学生体质调研数据,对京、津、冀地区各年龄段学生的体质状况进行对比分析,了解体质状况和发展变化趋势。按照体质调研标准进行相关体质健康检测,提取京、津、冀地区7-22岁学生调研数据,运用SPSS软件分析BMI指数和视力的分布状况。北京、天津学生BMI指数均高于全国BMI指数(P<0.05),尤其是天津男生BMI指数要高于北京、河北(P<0.05)。京、津、冀学生的视力状况不容乐观,在不同发育阶段近视检出率逐步上升。表现出近视低龄化趋势。建议相关教育部门和学校应将防治近视和肥胖列为学生常见病的重点工作,以保证北京、天津、河北学生体质健康正常发展。

Based on the survey data of the students in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2014,this paper made a comparative analysis of the physical condition of the students of different ages in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and found out the physical condition and the trend of development. According to the physique investigation standard,the relevant physical health examination was carried out,and the survey data of 7-22 year old students in Beijing、Tianjin 、Hebei were extracted. The distribution of BMI index and visual acuity were analyzed by SPSS software. The BMI index of students in Beijing and Tianjin are higher than the national BMI index. especially in Tianjin boys＇ BMI index than in Beijing Hebei,Myopia detection rate gradually increased at different developmental stages. It shows the trend of the younger age. The relevant education departments and schools should set up specialized agencies,prevention and treatment of myopia and obesity among students of common disease focus,in order to ensure the normal development of students＇ physique health in Beijing 、Tianjin、Hebei.
