Research on the Culture Value of American Sports Films

On the basis of watching lots of sports films and film critics,the auther uses cross cultural research methods,logical analysis to reasch American sports film culture in detail. American sports film transfer become the mainstream social values of the media： freedom,fairness,justice of the knight spirit manifest; hard work,enterprising Anglo Saxon ideas show; promoting family and social harmony ideal vivid interpretation of culture; personal heroism sublimation and amplification. The sports development mode of the United States has laid the foundation for the prosperity of sports movies,and sports movies on the contrary play a positive role in shaping the social sports atmosphere. The realization of the goal of the sports power needs the prosperity of the sports culture,and the development of the sports movie needs to be solved urgently.
