摘要
在不同温度(0℃、3℃、6℃、9℃和室温)和不同剂量乙烯吸收剂(8 g∕kg和16 g∕kg)条件下,对德国小香葱进行了贮藏试验,测定了不同贮藏条件下德国小香葱营养和生理相关指标。结果表明:在温度为0℃,乙烯吸收剂为8 g∕kg时,香葱的可溶性固形物、叶绿素、维生素C的含量较高,保藏效果最佳。本研究对德国小香葱的贮藏保鲜具有一定的指导意义。
Under the conditions of different temperatures(0 ℃,3 ℃,6 ℃,9 ℃ and room temperature)and different doses of ethylene absorbent(8 g∕kg and 16 g∕kg),the storage experiment of germanic chives wascarried out,and the nutritive and physiological indexes were measured. The results showed in 0 ℃,with 8 g∕kgoethylene absorbent,Germanic chives kept higher contents of total soluble solids,chlorophyll,vitamin C and hadthe best preservation effect. This study provided certain guiding significance for fresh-keeping of Germanicchives.
