上海市崇明区发展都市型家庭农场的现状及对策分析

Current situation and countermeasures of developing urban family farm in Chongming

通过调查上海崇明家庭农场的经营规模、主要经营类型、经营效益、经营人员素质以及政府对家庭农场的扶持政策,并与国内外家庭农场的发展情况进行了比较分析,指出目前崇明家庭农场发展存在的土地流转难、从业人员素质低、经营效益不平衡、社会化服务体系服务不健全、绿色认证率低、品牌意识差等影响因素,进而提出了促进崇明发展家庭农场的对策和建议。

The study investigates the Chongming family farm scale, the main management types, theoperating efficiency, the quality of the operators, and the government support policies, and compares thedevelopment of domestic and foreign family farms,then analyzes the present development of Chongming familyfarms. The main prblems including difficulties of land transfer,the low quality of employees, the unbalancedoperating efficiency, the imperfect social service system, the low green certification rate, and the poor brandawareness. Thus,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of family farms in Chongming were putforward.
