摘要 通过对连杆机构的求解分析,对基于Solid Works的参数图解法与仿真分析法进行了分析比较。比较发现,两者在机构设计及分析中都具有化繁为简、化难为易的特点,但参数图解法求解精度高,更适宜于设计前期的理论分析;仿真分析法直观形象,更适于设计后期的校核试验。 Through the analysis of the linkage mechanism,the parametric graphical method based on Solid Works and the simulation analysis method are analyzed and compared. It is found that both of them have the characteristics of simplification in mechanism design and analysis. But the accuracy of parameter graphic method is high,which is more suitable for the theoretical analysis at the early stage of design. Simulation analysis method is intuitive and image,which is more suitable for later design verification test.
