研发了一种新型污泥干燥装置,主要介绍了新型干燥装置的结构型式,并以处理污泥为例,计算了干燥装置的物料和热量,设备尺寸等内容。解决了传统污泥干燥设备干燥效率低、出泥含水量高的瓶颈,为污水处理行业提供了一种高效简便的污泥干燥方式。

A new sludge drying equipment is developed. The structure of the new drying equipment is mainly introduced.Taking the sludge treatment as an example,the material,heat and equipment size of the drying equipment are calculated. The new equipment solves the problems of the traditional sludge drying equipment,such as low drying efficiency and high water content of the mud. It provides a simple and efficient method of sludge drying for the sewage treatment industry.
