面向云服务的智能监测诊断模型研究与开发

摘要 算法模型是实现智能化监测诊断的核心工具,为了应对流程工业对监测诊断业务的爆发式增长需求,设计开发面向云服务的智能监测诊断模型。首先设计了包括基础模型方法、数据服务方法和专用诊断方法的模型体系;其次研究了具有精细化故障特征提取能力的基础监测诊断工具、全寿命周期数据服务模型、振动温度自适应预警模型、故障自动诊断模型以及趋势预测模型,支持监测诊断业务的智能化实施;最后将监测诊断模型集成在示范平台中,应用于工信部1580热轧智能车间示范项目生产线中。 Algorithm models are the key tools to realize intelligent monitoring and diagnosis. In order to meet the explosive growth demand of monitoring and diagnosing business in process industry,an intelligent monitoring and diagnosis model for cloud service is designed and constructed. Firstly,a model system including basic model method,data service method and special diagnosis method is designed. Secondly,basic monitoring and diagnosis tools,life-cycle data service model,adaptive early-warning model of vibration temperature,fault automatic diagnosis model and trend prediction model are developed to support the intelligent implementation of monitoring and diagnosis business. Finally,the monitoring and diagnosis models are integrated into an information service platform and applied in the production line of 1580 hot-rolled intelligent workshop demonstration project of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
