摘要
采用蜗轮蜗杆的总体传动方式对某型立式加工中心刀库的机械部分进行了设计,使得刀库的总体传动和倒刀过程更为精确;采用PLC控制放置对刀库控制部分进行了设计,实现了刀套号与刀具号随机变换式的选刀方式,节省换刀时间,提高效率。
The mechanical part of the tool magazine of a vertical machining center is designed by means of the overall transmission mode of the worm and gear,which makes the overall transmission and reversing process more precise. The control part of the tool magazine is designed by PLC control,and the tool selection is realized by the random transformation of the tool sleeve number and the tool number. It saves the time of changing the tools and improves the efficiency.
