摘要
目的:建立黄精舒眠颗粒中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定黄精舒眠颗粒中天麻素含量,Wondasil C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈—0.05%磷酸水溶液(3∶97V/V);检测波长:220 nm;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果:天麻素对照品在40.8~91.8μg的线性范围内(r=0.9997,n=6)成良好的线性关系,三批颗粒中天麻素的含量分别为0.550 mg/g,0.544 mg/g,0.552 mg/g,RSD=0.76%。结论:方法可用于黄精舒眠颗粒的质量控制。
In this paper,we developed a method to determine the content of gastrodin in Polygonatum granules by high performance liquid chromatography. The parameters were as follows: Wondasil C18( 5μm,4. 6 × 250 mm) column,acetonitrile-0. 05% phosphoric acid solution( 3∶ 97) as the mobile phase,detection wavelength of 220 nm,flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min,column temperature at 30 ℃,injection volume of 10 μL. The results showed thatgastrodin had good linearity in the range of 40. 8μg to 91. 8μg( r = 0. 9997,n = 6). The contents of gastrodin in three batches of granules were 0. 550 mg/g,0. 544 mg/g and 0. 552 mg/g,respectively( RSD = 0. 76%). This method can be used for quality control of Polygonatumgranules.
