摘要 针对被动式振动输送链在实际使用中分离效果差等问题,提出了一种主动式夹持轮振动装置,该装置对输送链产生的垂直振动不受输送链运行速度的影响,因而可获得更好的分离效果。提出了夹持振动装置的结构,对夹持轮的齿形曲线作了理论分析,得出了可靠的轮形参数。 To solve the problem of low efficiency of the passive vibration conveyor chain,we designed a vibration mechanism with clamp wheels. The new mechanism exports a vertical vibration which is free from the influence of the speed of the chain,thus achieving better separation effect. This paper elaborated on the structure of the vibration mechanism with clamp wheels,analyzed the wheel profile,and obtained reliable profile parameters.
