手法针刺治疗原发性坐骨神经痛526例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 526 Cases of Primary Sciatica Treated with the Manual Manipulation in Combination with Acupuncture

坐骨神经痛是一种常见的疼痛综合症,中医属于痛痹,分为原发性和继发性二类,其发病率很高,是我们按诊较多的病种。多年来我们采用手法、针刺治疗该病,获满意效果,现总结如下。

The author has treated 526 cases of sciaticawith manual manipulation and acupuncture,and sa-tisfactory effect has been obtained.The manipulatingtechniques of stroking,poking,rubbing,and rollingare performed up and down from the lumbosacralregion to the affected leg for 3 to 4 times.Huan-tiao,Chengfu,Yinmen,Weizhong,Fengshi,Zu-sanli,Chengshan,Kunlun,are pressed with theolecranon to relieve the pain,then the course of thesciatic nerve in the hip is flicked.The above pointsplus Zhibian and Shenshu are needled with modera-te stimulation and the needling sensation is propaga-ted down to the foot of the affected side.By 11.5sessions in average,482 cases were cured,41 weremarkedly effective,3 were improved so the totaleffective rate was 100 per cent.
