民营科技企业产权问题研究综述

A Survey on Property Right System of Non-government Operated High-tech Enterprises in China

由于产权问题已成为制约民营科技企业发展的主要因素 ,因而倍受社会各界关注。本文分别从民营科技企业产权界定、产权安排、产权激励等方面对现有研究成果加以综述 。

As property problem has become the obstacle of the development of non-government operated high-tech enterprises, it gets more and more essential to discuss it. From the definition,distribution and incentive of property right, we discuss the problem so as to give some reference for further research
