保元养心汤预防冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄30例

Thirty Cases of Restenosis After Coronary Stenting Treated with Self-made Original-Qi-Preserving and Heart-Nourishing Decoction

目的:观察保元养心汤预防冠状动脉支架置入术后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合自拟保元养心汤。观察两组患者临床疗效、中医证候疗效及治疗前后证候积分比较。结果:临床疗效:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为70.0%,两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医证候疗效:治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为63.3%,两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月、治疗后1年的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保元养心汤具有减少冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄、改善冠状动脉支架术后患者生存质量的作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Original-Qi-Preserving and Heart-Nourishing Decoction on restenosis after coronary stenting. Methods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with western medicine,and the ones in the treatment group were combined with self-made Original-Qi-Preserving and Heart-Nourishing Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacies,TCM syndromes and syndrome scores before and after the treatment in the two groups were compared. Results：Clinical efficacy：The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 3%,and that of the control group was 70%. The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Efficacy of TCM syndrome：The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 7%,and that of the control group was 63. 3%. The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group 3 months after the treatment,6 months after the treatment and one year after the treatment were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Self-made Original-Qi-Preserving and Heart-Nourishing Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on restenosis after coronary stenting,can improve the patients＇ quality of life.
