穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压对冠心病心绞痛患者的影响

The Influence of Acupoint Application in Combination with Auricular Plaster Therapy on Angina Pectoris due to Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的:观察穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者的影响。方法:选取本院2016年1月至2017年10月诊治的冠心病心绞痛患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。两组患者均给予西医常规药物治疗,包括阿斯匹林肠溶片、单硝酸异山梨酯片、阿托伐他汀钙片等,对照组在西医常规药物治疗的基础上给予常规护理,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗。结果:观察组治疗后SAO评分、中医症状评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为61.90%,观察组有效率为92.86%,两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压能改善冠心病心绞痛患者生存质量、中医症状。

Objective：To observe the influence of acupoint application in combination with auricular plaster therapy on angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods：Eighty-four cases of angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,with 42 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional medicine for western medicine,including aspic enteric coated tablets,Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets,Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets and so on. The control group was additionally given routine care on the basis of traditional western medicine treatment. The observation group was additionally given acupoint application in combination with auricular plaster therapy on the basis of the control group. Results：After the treatment,the SAO score and TCM symptom score of the observation group were better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the control group was 61. 90%,while that of the observation group was 92. 86%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：acupoint application in combination with auricular plaster therapy can improve the quality of life and TCM symptoms of patients with angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
