“六字诀”及其应用

Research Progress of "Six-Word Formula" for Disease Control

"六字诀"功法操作简单、安全有效,符合现阶段人们治病强身、养生保健的需要。但是随着对"六字诀"研究的广泛开展,其中存在一些问题也不容忽视。(1)"六字诀"历史悠久,流域广阔,因为理论、文化、地域的不同,不可避免的在读音及口型、对应关系、排列顺序、呼吸方法等方面存在一定的差异。(2)对"六字诀"的基础理论研究几乎还属于空白,字诀读音与脏器对应关系的研究大多停留在文献研究。(3)在COPD患者的肺康复治疗方案中,运动训练是最为重要的部分,"六字诀"作为中国传统运动疗法,临床证明是有效的。但目前"六字诀"的研究大多停留在对实验现象的描述和对结果的简单分析上,多数研究属于同层面、同水平上的扩展和延伸,尚缺少对不同运动干预方法的横向比较研究,缺少"六字诀"功法在治疗COPD方面量效关系上的纵向研究。

＂ Six-word formula＂ has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating diseases regardless of breadth or depth. Especially in the treatment of COPD,there are more and more clinical studies,and the research of its mechanism is also deepening. Its application in the cardiovascular system and the nervous system has also aroused the attention of more scholars. The ＂ six-word formula＂ method is simple,safe and effective,and is in line with the needs of the masses to cure diseases and strengthen health care at this stage. However,with the development of the research on it,there are still some problems that can not be ignored. 1. ＂ Sixword formula＂ has a long history and a vast basin. Because of the differences in theory,culture and region,there are unavoidable differences in pronunciation and oral form,corresponding relationship,order of arrangement,and methods of breathing. 2. The basic theory research of ＂ six-word formula＂ is almost blank,and the correspondence between word pronunciation and viscera is mostly confined to literature research. 3. In the treatment of COPD patients with lung rehabilitation,exercise training is the most important part. ＂ ＂ Six-word formula＂ as a traditional Chinese sports therapy,its clinical evidence is effective. However,most of the clinical studies of the ＂ six-word formula＂ are mostly on the description of the experimental phenomena and the simple analysis of the results. Most of the studies are extended at the same level at the same level. There is still a lack of horizontal comparative study on different sports intervention methods,and the lack of ＂ six-word formula＂ in the treatment of COPD in the relationship between quantity and efficacy.
