摘要
为研究燃气摆阀作动对固体火箭发动机动态响应的影响,通过数值仿真,计算燃气摆阀以不同频率作动时,燃烧室压强和燃气流量的动态响应,并与试验数据进行了对比。研究表明,摆阀周期性作动,会造成燃烧室稳态压强、稳态流量相比不作动时降低,且其数值随着摆阀作动在稳态值上下波动;燃气摆阀作动频率越高,参数波动幅度越小、稳态压强下降越多;稳态压强的数值与周期平均喉面相关。
In order to study the effect of gas divert valve on the dynamic response of solid rocket motor,the dynamic response of the gas divert valve actuating at variable frequency to the combustion chamber pressure and the gas flow rate were calculated by numerical simulation.The theoretical results were compared with the experimental data.It indicates that the periodic divert of the valve would cause the decrease of the chamber pressure and the mass flow rate.More importantly,the values fluctuate with the steady-state values when the valve actuates.The higher operating frequency of the gas swing valve leads to the smaller the amplitude of the parameter and higher decrease of the steady state pressure.The value of steady-state pressure is dependent on the average throat area.
