603树脂体系及其热熔预浸料室温储存期性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 制备了炭纤维增强耐高温环氧树脂体系热熔预浸料(TGT800-12K/603),研究了不同室温储存期的603树脂粘度、凝胶时间、未固化树脂玻璃化转变温度(T_g)、固化反应特性以及TGT800-12K/603预浸料的挥发物含量、树脂流动度及预浸料粘性。结果表明,随着室温储存期延长,35 d后603树脂最低粘度由初始的2.24 Pa·s上升到9.48 Pa·s,上升了4.2倍,T_g增加了9.6℃,固化度增大为11%,TGT800-12K/603预浸料树脂流动度由初始的20%下降到14%,粘性变差,失去操作工艺性。建立了603树脂的T_g和树脂固化度α的关系,因此TGT800-12K/603预浸料树脂的固化度α可以通过DSC测试预浸料的T_g来进行高效准确的评估。 A hot-melt prepreg TGT800-12 K/603 was prepared. The viscosity,gelation time,Tg of the un-cured resin,and the cure kinetics of the epoxy resin 603,and the volatiles content,resin flow and tack properties of the prepreg were studied.The results show that the minimum viscosity during the curing process of the resin 603 is increased by 4.2 times from 2.24 Pa·s to 9.48 Pa·s after 35 days of storage at room temperature; At the same time,the Tg of the un-cured resin is increased by 9.6 ℃ and the degree of cure is increased to 11%; The resin flow of the prepreg is decreased from 20% to 14% and it became difficult to be processed.The relationship between Tg and of 603 resin was established and thus the degree of cure of the resin can be predicted effectively for the prepreg through Tg results from DSC experiments.
