刍议“互联网+”时代高校工会的服务创新

On the Service Innovation of Trade Uunions in College and University in the Era of "Internet +"

工会作为连接国家与社会的桥梁,在国家政治生活中一直发挥着缓冲和防御的功能,向下扮演着劳动维权的"保护者"的角色,向上则扮演着"社会安全阀"的角色。时代变革推动了工会组织的服务转型,"互联网+"开启了工会组织"数字化生存"的序幕,引发了工会服务理念和服务模式的悄然变革。高校是一个国家思想创新的策源地,活跃于该场域中的工会组织理应充当服务创新的急先锋,积极开展"互联网+工会服务"的创新实践。

As the bridge connecting the country and the society, trade unions have been playing the role of buffer and defense in national political life, as well as the ＂protector＂ of labor rights and ＂social safety valve＂ of the country. Time changes and it has promoted the service transformation of the trade union organizations. ＂Internet ＋＂ mode has opened the prelude of ＂digital survival＂ for trade union organizations, and initiated transformation on service idea and pattern quietly. Colleges and universities are the birthplace of national ideological innovation. The trade union organizations that are active in this field should act as the vanguard of service innovation and actively carry out the innovative practice of ＂Internet ＋ trade union service＂.
